2.       Brazing: By Germany automatic induction brazing machines to eliminate inherent problem.

3.       Precision: For the diameter 300mm saw blades, the maximum tolerance of plate run out is 0.05mm, the maximum tolerance of radial run out is 0.05 mm.

4.       Tensioning: The depression ring disperses the stress throughout the blade and eliminates dishing and warping.

5.       Dynamic balancing and straightness: These procedures diminish the saw blade run out and vibration enhancing the precision.
